Returns

• Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Items should be in their original packaging.

• All tags, accessories, promotional gifts, and warranty cards must be included.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch via www.airwill.in.

• If already dispatched, you may refuse the delivery.

• Applicable for sale purchases too.

• Refunds will be credited to your card, bank account, or wallet after processing.

Damaged or Defective Products

• Report within 24 hours of delivery.

• Email us at crazyweaves2@gmail.com with clear images of the damage.

Packaging Note

• If the outer packaging is discarded, ensure the product is securely wrapped before returning.

Refund Mode

• Card/Wallet/NetBanking:

  • Refund to the original payment mode.

  • Processing time: 4-5 business days for return pickup + 2-7 business days for bank processing.
